Make sure to include your name, phone number, mailing address, item number and a brief description of the coin you wish to order and chosen payment method (check, Visa or MasterCard). We also accept payment in pounds sterling based on the posted exchange rate for the day. You may also order by telephone. Please leave a message if we are not available when you call.
If you wish to order using a credit card you may use email, but for security's sake we recommend that you send the information in two separate emails. So far we have had no problems with this method. Alternatively, you can call or fax us with your credit card number and expiration date.
If you wish we can keep your credit card number and address on file for future purchases.

All items are shipped by insured or registered U.S. mail. We will let you know about shipping charges. We insure privately for most items we mail. Generally, you can assume $5 for orders up to $100, $7 up to $300 and $10 for above $300 for shipping in the United States. Please ask about shipping charges for orders outside the U.S. All items (except books) sent outside the U.S. are sent by Registered mail.
All numismatic items are sent with a 10-day "no questions asked" return privilege. (Books are not sent on approval, though we try to be reasonable when people are unhappy about something they get.)
Any order over $150 gets you on our regular paper-and-ink mailing list for a year. We issue high quality catalogs that you can browse at leisure, mark with impunity and order from with complete confidence.
